Highly experienced Project Managers with a minimum of 5 years experience and formal Project Management training e.g. our PMM course. This advanced programme will provide participants with the competencies to help them align projects with corporate strategy, control enterprise-level projects, identify and plan resources, evaluate project status, accurately forecast project completion, prioritise, integrate project management tasks and processes. They will also gain valuable hands-on experience through case study simulation.
